Corporate Restructuring- Formulation of Scheme of Arrangement

Our Corporate Partner Harish Kumar and Managing Associate Itee Singhal were invited by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on 8th January 2022, to address a session on the topic “Corporate Restructuring- Formulation of Scheme of Arrangement” during a certification course on Corporate Restructuring for ICSI’s members. The session was well attended by various in-house and external professionals.
