G R Bhatia conducts training program for young professionals of the Competition Commission of India

Partner, G R Bhatia was recently invited to the “ ” organised by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs on 22nd March 2023.

Mr. Bhatia conducted a session on various aspects of the Competition Act, 2002 with a special focus on the emerging areas of the law, including the jurisprudential and procedural aspects.
