Partner, Deepak Kumar Thakur recently addressed a group of practicing Company Secretaries as a speaker at the “Joint Workshop on ADR, Interpretation of Statutes, Commercial Contract Drafting and Corporate Governance: Norma and Reality”  hosted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and MNLU.

He along with Puspak Chamariya (Associate), made a presentation on Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms, covering the legal landscape of Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation in India.
